Excellent service. Steve came to repair oven but in same visit also serviced and replaced parts in microwave - I wasn’t aware that they should be serviced yearly! Efficient, professional and friendly service and reasonable prices.

This man is not what he advertises. At £75 an hour we expected better! He could not fix our commercial crypto peerless microwave, but fitted parts not required . He did not know the error code,EE0 said he contacted peerless but after 2 weeks Peerless confirmed to me he had not made contact with them! However as our microwave is over 20 years old even they could not help us! My frustration with MOS (Steve). Is his unprofessional approach in accepting responsibility for fitting parts not required if he could not solve the problem and the time it took and unpleasantness needed to finally get him to at least refund for those parts, but he gave no refund for the £75 he charged for not solving the problem!

Had a microwave repair this afternoon and Steve turned up on time and had the microwave repaired in no time. An excellent quality job carried out at a reasonable price.Highly recommend his professional services. Will definitely use and recommend him again.

I spoke with Steve yesterday and he was able to diagnose the fault over the phone. He came round today, on time and very polite, and was able to quickly fix our top oven. Excellent service, thoroughly recommended!!

Steve popped over yesterday to assess our 3 year old microwave oven which had accidentally been exposed to water damage. He arrived fifteen minutes early, was professional and polite, but most importantly he was able to quickly fix our appliance in under an hour! Saving us a small fortune! Brilliant service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MOS.

Called Steve in hope that he could repair my elderly 1980's Toshiba microwave and he performed a miracle! Because of his knowledge and experience he knew the model and even had parts to repair and service. He is a clean & tidy worker and I can't recommend him enough.

Prompt and friendly service,found problem quickly and replaced part ( magnetron). Only downside is the charge of £100+ vat for the part which I later found on Amazon for £58. ,Having paid the acceptable cost of £75, for call out and labour,

Received great service this morning from Steve. He turned up on time, quickly identified the fault and fixed it. Steve had stock of the replacement parts he needed, so no hanging around waiting for the part to be delivered. Highly recommend MOS.
