We have just popped in at the start of a long journey, the staff were amazing, friendly efficient and quick. They helped us with 2 new tyres and pumped up 2 existing ones ( we didn’t request they just did this) and nothing seemed like to much trouble.Amazing service and amazing staff highly recommend

Amazing service! I had a puncture, I was seen in a few minutes and had my tyre repaired rather than replaced. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to others.

Outstanding, caring service.I recently found a spike in one of my car tyres. After being turned away from 3 major tyre suppliers I came across Outens. I was very impressed with their immediate help and care. I was told before they inspected the tyre that it might be possible to repair if the spike was in the middle of the tyre but a new tyre would be required if it was near the edge. I had fully expected to replace the tyre so was amazed when they said it could be repaired. The Manager and Danny the fitter provided exceptional service, were honest, friendly and dealt with the matter in minutes with no waiting. This is my new go to place from now on and have already recommended them to everyone I speak to. Well done Outens.
