I've done a few online courses there great!

Brought what I thought was a nail course and turned out to be just the kit so I tried to get it transferred to a course but there was none local even thou it said nottingham and Derby, was told I would get an email to confirm my refund this was over a week ago for £198 and I've heard nothing every time I ring up I'm told they can't help.me there's no reply to my emails I even asked for a call back and someone text me and was interested in what I had to say till I mentioned a refund then she told me she couldn't help....I have now had to get the bank involved this company is disgusting and only interested in your money don't spend here if you get something by accident you won't get refunded and they need to make it more clear on the website what's courses and what's kits
