Highly recommend this care home. Looked after my mother in law for 2 years until her recent death. Within this time care has been excellent and staff both caring and warm. Kept us informed of all changes in Bs life. During the last month as end of life was approaching well we have no complaints .All areas of staffing have cared not only for but also for the family.

Put my nan into the Lydia Eva, the best thing that we did , she looks amazing and is given all the love , respect , and care we as a family could ask for , the staff go way beyond for the residents , it's filled with such love and care , the rooms and top quality , and food is amazing we cannot express our gratitude, enough thankyou so much , great leadership, great staff, and giving us the nan we remember back to usWould highly recommended 1000%

An excellent residential care home. Lovely gardens and great themed rooms. Staff all super friendly. Nice private rooms for your loved one. If and when I have to go into care I would want it to be at least as good/Nice as this. Thanks for looking after my father.

Great, caring staff, plenty of parking for staff and client relatives. The rooms are nicely laid out and warm all year around. There is a lovely garden are at the rear. It is quite peaceful and there many beautiful flowers, all year around. Part of the Norse homes group, there is regular, high quality entertainment throughout the year as well, and a good menu including several home made dishes.

Had to leave one star to get into site but do not believe they even warrant one starMy two daughters have been to hell and back due to this place. There dad was in there since December and he was slowly going downhill through the lack of care. I hope something can be done to show what a total lack of care they offer. They need some sort of training or find people who have empathy.

My Nan was moved into this care home and has lost lots of weight and they tell us she hasn’t but it’s very clear you can see she has. She very rarely is in her own clothes and they don’t make the effort to put her teeth in. Went to visit a few weeks ago she didn’t have her hair done and had a massive bruise on her knee which wasn’t even mentioned to us how that occurred Also her nails are always dirty which on every visit we tell the staff about but nothing is ever done. My dad hasn’t been able to see his mum/ my nan for a while as they have cancelled the visits last minute. My nan repeatedly tells me the staff are not very nice to her and she hates it there. The staff are doing the best they can I understand that as there are a lot of residents there but the care she received from leaf dementia care was far superior than she is getting currently. The visits are only 20 minutes which to see a family member is disgraceful and like I mentioned previously most of them get cancelled last minute. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Only put one star as had no choice , I would not recommend this “care” home to anyone , things were good when mum could do most things for herself but when her health deteriorated and couldn’t do things for herself it was like meeting her needs became an issue my mum has been in there almost a decade and went into hospital 3 weeks ago , nothing from the management not even a phone call absolutely disgusting they really need to drop the “care “ part of this home

My mother was a resident here. Evidence of poor staff training in basic care needs. My mother had lack of hydration picked up not only in hospital but by our family. Made complaints to Norfolk County Council and the home but little done. Had other residents clothes on whilst hers went missing. Other residents toiletries being used whilst my mother had allergies. Would not recommend this care home.
