I was diagnosed with diabetes type 2 and that showed my visions problems, so I had to make an appointment and discover that I had vision problems and that I would need to start wearing glasses but I also could wear contacts, the experience that Merseyeyecare gave me and still does has been unbelievable they have care to every need, teach me everything I need to know, proper care, how to put my contacts, they go above and beyond for their patients, I could not recommend a better place for someone if they are looking to start with glasses, contacts or just get a new pair because they are a caring and loving team that would make your experience and your time worth every second, you will be taking care of and they will be worried about every single detail.Highly recommend and thank you very much to all the staff and doctor.

I went here any usual opticians was fully booked and I needed new glasses quick. The service was spot on from start to finish. Adding to that the optician suggested prisms for my glasses (which I'd never heard of before) due to my double vision etc. The difference it has made it amazing, its not completely gone but it is so much more manageable and the headaches are much less frequent, I am so grateful the optician took the time to ask me about it and suggest a solution.

Needed a home visit due to mobility problems and I'm so glad that we discovered mersey Eyecare. They were very professional, attended on time and really made me feel confident and listened to. My glasses were ready very quickly and very reasonably priced too! They were excellent at keeping in touch throughout the process. I won't go anywhere else in future and will recommend to all my friends and family. Five Star service, thank you!

Fantastic service. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered new glasses on Monday and they were ready for me on Wednesday. Brilliant service. Would definitely recommend them

Excellent service! Best opticians I've ever been too! I've been to a few opticians over the years and I have never felt so welcomed and looked after before. The staff are lovely and calming and the doctor is really friendly and listens to you. I could not recommend them enough. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Cannot thank Mersey Eye care enough. After ringing worried about my 4year old failing her school eye test they went above and beyond. Amy (and all the team) are brilliant, very caring. I could not recommend Mersey Eye care enough.

Amazing place. Excellent customer service, friendly and very helpful members of staff. Took only few days until my new glasses were ready. Really happy about them. Definitely much better experience than I had in another shop.
