Received a letter from DRN and they wanted it signed and returned. They didn’t put a SAE in and expected me to pay. I had to spend enough to my own solicitor without subsidising this company.Just had letter confirming all paperwork done. As far as I was concerned it was finished July 2021.Also no respect for using my title only by first name from someone I’ve never spoken to!Had to put star rating but to be honest it shouldn’t be one!

Everything was done remotely by email, text and post, I never actually met anyone (I live 250 miles away).Communication was excellent throughout and the sale and transfer of funds went very smoothly.
