Friendly staff, except for the managers. Never enough people on checkouts and no self serve checkouts. Prices are outrageously bad.

Five stars for all members of staff. Bar one.Helpful,polite and speedy.No stars for one assistant who appears to believe that packing is quite beneath him. Other members of staff therefore serve more customers and queues develop.Well done to everyone else!

Dealt with a manager today regarding an issue and she was rude and so unhelpful and didn’t listen at all to me . The queues are always long with 1 on the till and the shop is so dirty.. the prepared fruit shelf is disgusting. The floor is rotten and the whole place needs a proper clean

Needs better management, always a que because they have 1 person on the till while 2 or 3 are stocking shelves! Even when que is around the shop they are too slow and stacking shelves, it a small local for gods sake!
