Recently had an alarm system installed with ASH security. They were very quick to respond when I contacted them initially, with a site visit and detailed quotation provided on the same day I called them.Once we'd made a decision to proceed with them, again installation was arranged for that same week, so they work quickly which is important if you have security concerns.Overall, impressed with the system and service so far, it's only been installed for a few days but we already have better peace of mind from a security perspective and so far no false alarms either!

During the installation of the alarm system and CCTV I was very pleased with their professionalism and I got on well with them. After I paid my annual subscription they decided to not show as much care. The alarm system is meant to have maintenance checks every 6 months. They send out an initial email to communicate that the maintenance checks are due, but when I respond with a date for them to visit, I hear nothing, and then I keep chasing up without any response, which I do have email trails for. Finally when I leave a more stern response then they decide to reply saying the left me 3 voicemails which they never did.

Stuart mounted a 6 camera, fixed IP cctv system around our house which we are extremely pleased with. He went through all the angles with us and also discretely hid the wires, all done in a day with minimal disruption to us. It was very easy to work with ASH Security. They were fairly priced and very knowledgeable plus a pleasure to deal with. We had three quotes and I'm pleased we went with Ash security.
