Yes, she's professional, knowledgeable and works diligently to get you the best deal on a mortgage/insurance policy, which is exactly what you need, but she's also easy to communicate with, always willing to answer my questions, however silly and whenever I needed reassuring she would ease any concerns I had and if things went a little sideways or needed a nudge, if needed, she'd kick names and take.....well, you know the rest.I was referred to Becki as a first time buyer, and during this extraordinary time with Covid and how busy the market is, she was amazing. I have absolutely NO hesitation in recommending XL Finance who were recommended to me by a close friend after I was seriously let down by a mortgage lender.Not only had I been let down but I now had a critical time frame in which to secure the purchase of my new house.When I say Becki works fast, she works fast!!I explained to her what had happened and that we needed to secure a mortgage fast or we would risk losing the house we had an offer in.Not only did she work fast, she worked all hours. Becki would send emails right up until 11pm with updates and after 3 days after contacting her, she secured me a mortgage what was WAY better than the original mortgage lender!!!This company is one that I would use again and would certainly make sure my friends and family use in the future.I can’t thank Becki enough. Really excellent service from start to finish. We had a tricky situation and had a really bad experience with a developer. Becki helped us at every stage with no stress at all, and managed to get our mortgage transferred to a deferent property after the inevitable fall out with the new-build developer. Even managed to extend the time period so we had no rush in securing the property we had found instead. Everything worked out perfectly in the end, and would not have been possible without the help of Becki.
