Bad experience and very poor customer service.. Have sale stock out on the shop floor Before the sale starts all priced down and refused to sell me items, after I said that I had travelled 20 miles

Good range of practical horsey stuff. Have lots of plain, sensible smart and casual practical gear. They do have some pink and sparkly things if that's what you're into but I don't take much notice of them myself.The clothing isn't the cheapest but it's my go to place for dog food, riding hats, bits, lead ropes, etc.Hat fitting service very good and conscientious. They only stock good quality hats and will insist on you wearing the hat comfortably around the shop for about half an hour before they will let you buy it. Preventing you getting home with a hat that hurts half way through it's first ride out.

Went there today with daughter and 2 very young grandchildren , the girls there were both child friendly and very efficient nothing was to much trouble, we will be returning soon .Thankyou girls for excellent service

Took our daughter for her first riding hat. Excellent service, and took their time fitting it correctly. Not only that, but they refit it if and when you need it, 5 times. They also have a fantastic range of clothing, boots, and all things horse and pony. Well worth a visit.

We arrived after a long drive thanks to satnav.I wanted a new helmet, a soft seat was wellcone for my disabled legs.Then i found out a appointment was needed for hats and body protection fittings. But the young lady was so kind and said she would try to fit me in within 5 mins i was trying out a lovely fitting helmet i was also ok to use the loo thankyou.What a nice friendly shop made our journey well worth while short route next time Thankyou.
