Friendly polite staff and operated very smoothly

Having just run this cafe for three months i would like to say the customers are great, very supportive, but the management of manhein is a different kettle of fish! Please, whoever takes over next do not expect your credit to be paid on time if they have gone over budget for the month as it wont happen! Great customers, great canteen, awful management!

What happened to treating everyone equal? If you did then why are you no longer selling to the general public?Covid has long gone and things are back to normal, shame you lot aint.

Really bad experience. Called to collect a car. Found it was unroadworthy and dangerous. Not able to drive more than 1 car length. Staff on gate fantastic Manager unhelpful and dismissive. Will not use again

20 years in the motor trade, been to most auctions, but this one is the best, all the staff are super friendly and helpful from Craig at the front gate to Kelly and Tracy and even the general manager Anthony. Top team.

If I could give this company Zero Stars I would so please take away the 1 Star I've given them as they don't even deserve that.I've bought numerous cars from Manheim covering a 25 years+ period as a private buyer, probably going back longer than their most senior staff, bought for myself mostly, also for family and for friends who have attended with me on auction days but now that has changed.Attended a sale last year, bid and won a car but was then informed they couldn't sell it to me as I was a private buyer with no Trade Account.So 25-30 years of loyal custom from me mean't absolutely nothing to them and I was informed that their basis for selling now had changed for various reasons but mainly because of Covid, yes Covid would you believe, what bearing does that have I asked and I was given a shrug of the shoulders.I'm not going to bore everyone with how this felt but needless to say I've never been back and would definitely not recommend them. I now use Wilsons of Birtley and I've had no issues and are happy they don't discriminate for such ridiculous reasons.I'd say it's Manheim losing out as the private buyer will always pay that little extra to buy a car whereas a trader has to take into account a profit margin so in my eyes you're doing yourselves a disservice.
