Andrew and Adrian delivered and connected my new washing machine, and took the old one away. They were really friendly and polite, made me smile and put in a lot of effort to make sure everything went smoothly. Also, they delivered really quickly and the price was cheaper than the online massive retailers! Definitely recommend them and will look to purchase from them for future electrical goods. So nice to have local suppliers who care.

New tumble dryer required for Mum whose on her own now. A deliver, commission and take away the old machine contract. First class service (Andy and Dave really know what customer service is, unlike the majority) all was completed in a very friendly, helpful and extremely efficient manner. Can't fault them, would unreservedly recommend them!

Do not use for issues with digital aerial. I was charged £55 to change one aerial connector to the TV. which took 60 seconds. The installer was more interested in selling me a freesat box from his shop rather than fix the satellite dish, which .is still not working. He was 3 hours late and first thing he asked me was How are you paying

Want to say that im am so greatful for the efficiency and professionalism from Wollett Home Electrical. They recycled my old machine, installed my new one and sorted out the appalling plumbing too. If you are looking gor a new washing machine then please choose Woolett Home Electrical because local is best and they look after their customers.

Trawling through the internet one quiet evening I came across this negative review and feel I must respond.It is a well known fact that an aggrieved customer will always respond with a comment whereas a satisfied customer generally won’t bother. I have been in this trade all my life and was previously a Director of another well known electrical retailer. I have known Woolletts all my life (I’m in my 50’s) and have always held them in high regard as a professional retailer. I joined this company nearly three years ago and have Managed the sales side of the business since then. I genuinely can only think of 3 complaints within the whole of this time. I do not know the specific claim of the complainant but I can confidently state that this company has been trading successfully since 1947 - you don’t stay in business for that length of time if you are the kind of people that the complainant states. Most of our business is repeat business or recommendation. If the complainant wishes to contact me at the shop, then I would be happy to discuss his complaint. Whenever we carry out work or supply goods to a customer they are asked to sign a completion slip on the work card and there is a section where they can add any comments. I have not had one complaint. I have added just a fraction of the positive comments on our website and shall continue to do so for anyones perusal.
