Crooks! One of their drivers smashed into my car - Clearly his fault gave me a pile of stinking attitude and drove off. When I reported it to the manager at forward waste I was basically called a liar and informed it was not their problem and to contact my insurance! Terrible people!

I am really disappointed with this company, they came in with a great proposal, promised the world then hit us with lots of hidden costs and under-delivered. Poor service, poor after sales and poor attitude. Avoid at all cost!

We started using Forward waste about 3 years ago after having a nightmare with our previous waste contractor. Forward came in and surveyed the site thoroughly and provided a tender which detailed a step by step idea of how to handle the rubbish, wood and metal. They also supplied a brand new compactor they built in Cardiff at their own manufacturing site. Reliable, great pricing, polite and helpful drivers. Highly recommend.

FWM management have been our manufacturing company’s one stop go to for all our waste needs whether general or hazardous for the last few years. They help, advice and deliver always. Continuous improvement ideas, internal audits and constant reviews with FWM all help to help us save money and reduce waste. Above are the reasons why we decided to renew our site contract this year and now potentially looking at other sites within the business. With there business improving and developing all the time from our point of view it can only get stronger.
