Excellent service. Kim is always ready to greet you with a warm smile and is very helpful for anything you need.

Friendly, professional and helpful staff, clean, tidy and open aesthetically. I was made to feel comfortable and was always well informed.

Went to One Welbeck for a vacuum biopsy, the entire experience was of a very high standard except the initial wait.Radiologist explained everything in detail and was very considerate , I barely felt the biopsy and all the nursing staff int he room were very caring and compassionate and provided all the support one could ask for, constantly checking in with me and reassuring me.Afterwards met a lovely breast cancer nurse named Beverley, by far the best breast cancer nurse I have met in my journey and I have met a fair few !!She was honestly so warm and easy to talk to , very caring and a very good listener, gave me some good advice but most importantly gave me so much of her time and made me feel very comfortable.

Thank you, Wellbeck clinic, for a very positive experience on Friday the 6th of October when I attended for a mammogram and breast ultrasound. All the staff were very professional and helpful. Thank you to Kim and Kat in reception, manager Luzelle, nurses Kopila and Sharan, doctor Kesthra and the radiographer!

Best mammogram experience- from Johanna’s efficiency in obtaining previous films and her friendly emails, to the staff at One Welbeck who all put me at my ease (not hard in such a lovely environment!) it was seamless. I still think that mammogram machines would be designed differently if women had invented them…..but heh! As mammograms go, it was great!

Love OneWelbeck! Great attention. The medical team is great and the admin team are very nice and effective! Great help from Kim, the receptionist from the 6th floor!!!!

A fantastic team over at OneWelbeck, making the process from booking to registration as straightforward as may be. The friendly front of house Kim and Kat helped me feel at ease and were very organised, keeping the paperwork ready for me ahead of my appointment. The waiting room is really pleasant with all the amenities you'd hope for, and there's even a rooftop area which I enjoyed when the weather was warmer! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Just wanted to thank the staff on the 6th floor at OneWelbeck. In particular, Romy Disler and both receptionists , India and Kim. My uncle had an appointment on 16th November and I accompanied him. I was able to see how compassionate the staff were and how thorough they were in terms of looking after us. I found Kim to be a wonderful young man, engaging and extremely helpful. As was India.Romy was first class ! Very professional, respectful and compassionate and took care of my uncle. Thank you so much. All 3 are a credit to the hospital.
