Fantastic shop not many staff. 2 people on the tills panicking because the queue is halfway through the store. Not a manager to assist. Customer service also put through the 2 operating tills very disappointed that the manager s aren't doing their job to help take pressure off the tills and Customers service.

This shop has some good looking craft products but so many of them were not priced that I did not buy them. There was also no staff around to question about prices. A very frustrating experience!

Very big store with loads of products, good location and easy access. Good for gifts, diy, basic food shopping, outside and inside decorating. There is a little coffee shop on the mezzanine floor. Staff always busy, but always welcoming and helpful.Thanks and see you again.

I like it here because they have awesome home decors.I also bought 2x Ben & Jerry's Ice cream because its always on offer 2 for £5 yummy!Yesterday November 21, 2023 I visited The Range for Christmas Stuff, it was packed with Christmas Ornaments, Decors and gift ideas ! I bought Garland for my bannister and Christmas Wreath for my front door ! Happy days

A nice shop selling household furniture and bits for the home has a second floor which at this time of year has Christmas decorations there is also a small food section as well as pets food and toys

I could spend a whole day in there....I wouldn't break for lunch either the Christmas floor is great all those lights colours and balls certainly jingled my bells

Almost all of the top floor is given over to Christmas Decorations. This is a great place to buy your Santa's Elfs Reindeers, Lights and quite good value.

Very busy, but the customer service from Lesa was fabulous. Poor girl was run ragged doing everything, yet still served us with a smile on her face and a laugh and joke. She was doing customer services, serving to get the queue down, and answering colleagues queries.If ever anybody needs training up, get them to shadow Lesa, because she was amazing! An absolute asset to the company.

Awful service, awful selection. Was made to wait 15 minutes at the till to scan a can of Redbull. Ended up leaving as even the supervisor was unable to scan the can or find a price for it. Wish I could say this is the first time I’ve experienced bad service at the range but it appears to be every single time. Staff are clearly undertrained and some even unfit to work. Terrible store, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
