If I could give more than 5 star I really would. They are incredible, so personal and genuinely care, they are there for your even after and we as a family cannot thank then enough for everything, they are incredible! We tried to honor our father wishes and use the coop however we wanted to support somewhere smaller locally and were thankful we did after we spent 15min on hold when they thought they were collecting a body(just to make sure dad didn't have a plan with them already, but they didn't know that's what it was for) and eventually got through to Manchester and was very clinical almost robotic. Whereas we went to A&A Doyels it was sheer love and devotion from day one and no waiting on hold, no delay in collection and kept informed the whole time. They are truly incredible, cannot recommend them highly enough. Superb and people who genuinely care about the people who come into their place, will most definitely be using them for future funerals, incredible service, love and compassion. Thank you so much for making an awful tiem that bit more barnacle, cannot thank you enough.
