Unhelpful veruy unprofessional representation mojority of the staff cause distress for the parents and tge children are not listened too.Social worker manager Vera is unprofessional, Charolette Kunene is very dismissive and Valarie Ramirez does not take their job seriously or look for best results for the children when this should be the goal.I think many feel privilged and cliam authority when they should not be in this position i think closer inspection is needed ofyen because they put peoples life at risk.

Totally unexperienced staff and service that seem to have no regard of the mental support and needs, needed by the children and supporting families.Unaccountably for what they do..

Absolutely awful service, extremely appalling. They lie on their case notes, don't give enough support to single parents and have inexperienced social workers.
