Young lad is spot on there, older guy is a right mood hoover. Given the choice (in stock or not) I tend to use other choices on the Team Valley

I don’t normally do reviews , but on this occasion I feel it would be wrong not too, tops tiles in Team Valley all staff excellent! But particularly Leanne she was so very helpful, I bought tiles then had to return as didn’t like my choice when put together with kitchen and lights, Leanne straight away offered me a refund or an exchange, she took a lot of time with me choosing the best colour/ size for a border tile to go nicely with the floor tiles and the lights, she made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. I visited here recently on the recommendation of my insurance company builder's, to choose tiles for an insurance repair. I spoke with Nicholas in the Team Valley, Gateshead store and he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on the choice/range of products available and offered extremely helpful tips and general advice. The prices are extremely competitive and the range offers every modern tile choice and more, on the market. I am still in the process of choosing a kitchen, so a second visit was required today for further confirmation on choices, etc. Nicholas was available to offer his assistance and made me feel extremely happy with my choices and prepared lots of comparison prices for me to help with everything. I never felt remotely pressured or that I was in any way holding him up. He is an utterly fantastic staff member and a credit to your store. I feel so pleased to know such great customer service still exits today! Well done Nicholas!
