Excellent service in a friendly atmosphere. I have a golden retriever so she’s very big and very fluffy but she’s also an anxious dog so she’s not always easy to handle. Sophie was amazing with her - she was very patient, she let my dog have a wander around the room first and gave her lots of fuss and attention before starting anything. She then took her time and went at a pace my dog was comfortable with. I’m really happy with the final result, she looks and smells amazing. Will definitely be returning.
