Bought a 2009 Toyota yaris from autoline and the process could not have gone any smoother. The gentlemen at autoline made me feel welcome and made the process of purchasing a car very simple. Highly recommended!

I am sorry, because really it's a nice car.... The automatic key broke when I tried it in the starter, and I had to get it out with pliers when I got home. Worse still, I checked the oil and it was empty. I expected there would have been some in it. It was very difficult to check the car as the yard was so crammed and wer'e not car mechanics. I've been scrimping and saving since my old car died, and it's been very hard to find a low cost car. Frankly, I feel cheated. Surely any responsible dealer wld ve put oil in. I don't know if the engine is damaged. I could've had an accident. Not nice. I am very depressed about this.

When I first walked into Autoline I did not expect to be given such tremendous service. They have a diverse variety of vehicles both in automatic and manual, from small to larger cars. I purchased a 2010 seat Ibiza a few months ago and have not had one issue since!

Avoid!!!When I first purchased the vehicle from Autoline I had to send it back to them to rectify engine problems and fuel problems.Further more, I still haven’t received my logbook considering I purchased the vehicle around July 2023 and it only came to my attention from when I got pulled over recently.Also they stated they sold the car to me with a service but all of a sudden it’s already due a service considering I only do local mileage.I have raised my concerns with the dealer on message and the response is that they’re no longer there and have apparently moved abroad…..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.bought a 2007 pergeot 107 from them last November. Was told nothing wrong with it, purchased for £2,700. Car ended up being worth about £800. Obviously as a young girl who knows nothing about cars they were able to sell it to me without me thinking otherwise. 4 months later and the car is going through 3L of oil a month, juddering in lower gears and engine cutting out on me every journey. Take it to a garage and they tell me it’s the engine not worth fixing and it needs to be scrapped for spares. They recon it hadn’t been serviced properly in years (which this shop said they’d done) Absolutely gutted, I commute for work and I’m now left without a car and lost nearly £3,000 on this one. Garage said a problem like this would have been impossible to miss, and they should never have had it up for sale. I’m heartbroken

These are not trust worthy traders. They hide major issues in the car and when confronted about this they say the buyer needs to check each and every aspect of the car. The air conditioner and stereo both are not working. They keep giving false promises to buy more time and finally said we are the bad customers. They don't value our time. Employees don't talk with each other and drag us to the shop every day to give a false image of addressing our concern and blame us we are wasting their time.I don't recommend this place to anyone at all after all these inconveniences and bad customer treatment.

Avoid!They don’t let you look at the logbook of the car! Also the car was showing engine lights!When starting the car, the car didn’t start! They are liars they tell you something else over the phone and when you go there it’s full of scratches!

Dodgy cars, definitely not trustworthy at all!Reversing the mileage and some of the cars they sell are missing parts on them. I bought a car from them and it’s been in the garage several times. Battery problems, Alternator, no oil whatsoever!!!
