We had a pleasant experience. It was quiet so we were able to sit, relax and not rush our food. We both had OG meals which were both hot and tasty.The girl on the till was very polite and lovely to deal with, checking if we were enjoying our food as we were eating it.It was my very first visit to any German Donner Kebab outlet and I would return.

What a treat. I saw the advert on Facebook so decide to have a nip up on my electric bike. What a nice place. Great friendly and helpful staff that even allowed me to take my bike inside (while they were quiet) the food was really nice and fresh. The place was modern and clean. I will call again.Only a couple of changes maybe a bio outside would help. Garlic mayo would be nice. Also wasn't liking the gherkins as they aren't like Macdonald's. But overall I would highly recomend.Go give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I recently enjoyed a delightful experience at German Doner Kebab. The chicken quesadilla, my personal favorite, was delicious and perfectly prepared. The standout, however, was the exceptional service provided by Farsim. His helpful and kind demeanor enhanced the overall dining experience, making it truly memorable. I highly recommend this place for both the fantastic food and the outstanding customer service.

The food tasted nice but not what we ordered, we ordered off the app and went to pick it up, I arrived and the girl on the counter was to busy sorting the delivery drivers out, my fries had been put out at least 8mins before the other food, when I asked about it they made more quesadillas but not fresh fries so they were stone cold. We paid for spicy chips and found only the top of the fries had spice on, the quesadillas had no filling in half of them and the fillings were wrong. It’s a shame because if the the service was better it would have received a 5 star rating as the food could be amazing if served warm and the right ingredients inside, the fries were nice but only the top of them!!! I think it would be better if they served the customers who went out of their way to collect the food as good as the delivery drivers it would improve the rating.

I had an exceptional dining experience at Donar Kebab Restaurant! The customer service was top-notch, with staff being attentive and friendly throughout. This was my first time there and the girl at the counter helped me navigate the menu, suggesting a dish that suited my preferences perfectly. Their attention to detail and understanding of customer tastes are truly commendable. With that I enjoyed a fantastic meal that exceeded my expectations. A must-visit for any food lover!

Delicious food. Never had a kebab till I tried this. I absolutely love the quesadillas so flavourful and cheesy! The spicy and curry fries are also truly yummy!

We collect from here on a weekly basis - mid week treat! Always a great service. Food is always fresh. Good portion. Tasty. Packaged well. And good value for money, particularly as they do blue light discount. Staff are always happy, friendly and helpful; particularly Farsim who has served us more recently, always ready and very happy to help. Restaurant itself is modern, clean and inviting. Thanks to all the staff at German Doner Kebab, Lancaster.

The Server was excellent. The pitta from Dubai outstanding and would visit again to taste the coconut variety.I had the mixed kebab and it was delicious. I will be back3 stars for atmosphere only because it would be nice to have a mix of genres of music

I visited German Doner Kebab yesterdaywith some of my mates and had an amazing experience there. The food was delicious, their staffs were well-behaving and the environment seemed to be pretty chill. Would definitely recommend food enthusiasts and passer-bys to give German Doner Kebab a try. You guys won’t regret it!
