Annual car service for a ford fiesta:We only used them because we foolishly purchased a service plan with the car. I will never, ever use their overpriced incompetent services again. Do yourself a favour and have faith in your local garage.If you actually pay attention to what this branch is 'meant' to do under a service agreement, rather than just accept your bit of paper at the end of the service without interrogating it, you'll soon discover that you're being taken for a ride. They're clueless about Digital Service Records or how to update them - it took me 5 weeks to get ours updated - they installed cracked spark plugs so car wouldn't drive correctly on receipt - they don't change the brake fluid - even though they tell you they will on their nice inspection videos plus it's standard ford manufacturer requirement - they don't adjust the handbrake cable which would take them 10 seconds - they write down the wrong tyre readings versus the measurements shown on their video. Of course, it was the pandemic's fault. Utter embarrassment

No one even said hello

Very disappointed on this so called service plan they sell you when you buy the car. But they charged me £35! for a bulb to be replaced which didn't need replacing as I had just done it myself which cost £2 and 1min to do. There excuse was its the labour included in changing the bulk. And of course they couldn't give me the old bulb, they can't find it....Next they tell me all the breaks front and back need to be replaced as its all less than 10% left on them. Strange that when I just got the car from Arnold Clark 6 months ago and the salesmen told me it's there policy not to sell a car with breaks or tires less than 70% on them as I asked the question at the time to ensure I wouldn't need to do it on the next MOT. So 60% worth of breaks gone in 6months, at that rate they telling me I need to replace the breaks every year, (quick maths). Just when the car is used to do school runs and does less than 5000 miles a year! Pathetic.Dont fall victim to this organised scam!

Great service friendly staff and if you are a mobility customer ask for Grant McLean when he makes you a promise he stands by it. I highly recommend trying here first for mobility cars the cars are great and the customer service is even better. Thankyou Grant for being there for me you've made me a very happy man and your a man of your word and I hope this review will bring you more customers you deserve it. The new facelift seat ibiza it's a dream to drive below are some pics of the car Grant promised me. Thankyou again.

Have claimed to replace clutch on mobility car five times,and have had to deal with the clutch failing or car breaking down on the road three times,and also returned the car with a faulty hand brake which could have lead to a serious accident
