The lawn appeared okay at first , it had gaps so we added top soil and seed, after a few months of feeding and aireating the lawn it looked bald and very patchy .We continued to feed the lawn but it still looks awful.During the last lockdown we decided we would contact the company to discuss our disappointment and seek advice as we had given it a year to settle . it was met with a defensive response ,with the attitude of you should have said something earlier! A request was asked to atleast view it , a date was made but at the last minute and after stating he had called us all morning (to which we had no missed calls and the phone was on ) a feeble excuse was given with no intent on helping in this matter - photos can be supplied on request
