Avoid these crooks.Just over a year ago this garage failed my car's MOT. The work they alleged was required to make the vehicle roadworthy was more costly than the vehicle was worth. They offered to scrap the vehicle on my behalf which I agreed was the best course of action, so I signed the vehicle over to them.Recently I was surprised to see my old car on the road. It transpires that the day after the events described above, my car passed its MOT at this garage and was subsequently sold to someone else.This garage made fraudulent claims regarding the work required on my vehicle, abused my trust under the guise of being helpful in order to have the vehicle signed in to their possession and then subsequently repaired and sold my vehicle for a profit.

Been a customer 13 years, and in that time Llanishen MOT have always acted with integrity. Case in point: at MOT this year, they said I needed discs on my front brakes. Nothing unexpected, but pricey. Then I got a call saying that once the wheels were off the discs were good, and they wouldn't be changed. My car was at an age where I expected discs might be needed, I wouldn't have questioned it. But they did, and always have, done the right thing by their customers-years ago they told me not to bother fixing a car I brought them, as it wasn't worth repairing. I feel that I'm in safe hands with Llanishen MOT. Also, have always been treated with friendliness, very personable people.

Always use this garage. Only ever had one problem, which was more of a manufacturer thing, but after trying to fix and save money by not buying an extra part, they followed by replacing the part without any labour costs. Customer service was second to none. Friendly, honest and professional garage. I've used them for many years and always feel confident when I leave there.
