Popped into Kirkcaldy today for a free exhaust and tyre check so helpful would definitely recommend d&g . Great price on my exhaust and good advice on when to replace my tyres as still legal at the moment no cowboy just straight forward repairs.

Awful and expensive service. I have never met such a useless manager and staff, incapable of doing something straight. After paying more than £1500, my car still makes funny noises, and I don't feel safe driving! I want to point out that they left my car with dirty, greasy marks on the upholstery, and my white steering wheel is currently black!Avoid this garage.MY ANSWER:Help?Please don't make me laugh!I managed to arrive at your garage asking for help with the gear cable unfit. My car breakdown into your garage, as I was unable to move it. You denied me help. You denied your help even knowing I was a customer who had spent more than £1500 a few weeks ago with a rubbish service. You denied your help even knowing I had finished a 14 hours night shift and had not slept since 30 hours ago!You denied me help! I had to call The AA, which sent me a technician into your garage to fix my car!The technician only spent five minutes fixing my car!Five minutes of your precious time that you denied me to help me!So it would help if you learned values such as empathy, compassion and respect. You also need to improve your management skills and your skills as a garage technician.You lost a customer. You must think that you could lose more than one customer.

The best by far!! The staff are so friendly and they always go the extra mile! Never ever been over charged unlike one of their competitors who always find extra things wrong when you take your car to them! These lads alway great!!

Brilliant. I took my car in late at nearly 11am for its MOT&service. Even though they had to take it to another centre as some of their equipment wasn't working, my car was ready by 2.30pm. Excellent, friendly, professional and well priced service. Will be back and highly recommend. Thanks guys.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Took my car in without it being pre-booked and they fixed the problem (loose cover underneath car where clips had come off) within an hour and without charge. Would highly recommend D&G in Kirkcaldy as they have always delivered a friendly, honest and high quality service.

I used them longer time ago. Wasnt satisfied with the prices and they tried to get me into work that wasnt really needed according to other two garages, went somewhere else. Never came back and never will.

Couldn't recommend less. The big guy at the front desk is a blatant liar, rude to customers, obnoxious, has zero customer service skills and should probably find a different job.Contact 1: Arrive at the garage with a confirmed booking. Without even checking the system and with my email confirmation in hand this guy says there is absolutely no booking. I phone my service provider who state the garage have definitely accepted the booking. I go back inside, suddenly the story changes, he apparently never said there's no booking just that they don't have the part. Firstly, I was lied to my face, secondly what is the point in accepting a booking if you don't order the part and wasting everyones time.End of this was taking my contact details so they would phone me when they had the part. This call never came.Contact 2: As D&G did not bother to phone me with an update, after about a week I phoned them and was put through to a manager at their head office. He was friendly, promised to resolve the situation and also took my details, unfortunately I still never received any phone calls after this.Contact 3: Another week goes by and I call again, put through to the same rude guy in Kirkcaldy again. I initially want to find out why I did not get a call back from him or the manager, his exact response was I don't know what you want me to do
