Twin spires dental surgery, is a most rrelaxing eexperience, the staff and doctors are first class, they make even the most nervous of patients, at ease.. cannot fault the team in any way and a special thanks to my own dentist Mr David bowen for taking care of my own dental health, for almost 20yrs. treated like a stranger , I am disgusted

If I could give no stars I would .. too long a story to explain but to be refused when you have been in agony on and off for months , for missing a checkup with covid and all that ..unbelievably poor service , lack of empathy and really only interested in take take take .. STAY CLEAR

Its a disgusting you can't even get on the phone 30 times I've rung just to get hung up on!!! Not acceptable at all at this stage

This dentist has seriously went to the dogs. If you aren’t spending hours on the phone to be greeted by obnoxious secretaries, then you are being denied essential treatment. Looking at these reviews says it all really, from elderly to disabled people being denied essential treatment. what happened to your legal obligation and duty of care to patients? I would suggest making a case to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) or the Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman (NIPSO). I’m sure the Regulation & Quality Improvement Authority wouldn’t approve on how this practice is running itself. As if the Health Service isn’t already strained these cowboys are exacerbating the issues.
