Packed with locomotives, class 66s,70s and a 59,hard to see the numbers on the mainline because of the fence.

Had a visit to the depot, and have to say a big thanks to the two people who took us round, and thanks to Freightliner for letting enthusiasts inside a working depot.I must say that the information , and knowledge about the workings and what stage the locos were at were second to none, and nothing was to much trouble and so helpful. The workshop was incredibly clean and free of obstacles, a credit to the Freightliner name, you really felt like the quality of workmanship was very high, and professional. If you're a class 66 or 70 fan this is the place to go, but to be honest, even if your not you need to experience the feel of a working depot. Thanks again to all management and employees for making this visit one that I will return ASAP.

Train maintenance & repair depot. I was delivering fuel there for the trains.

For rail enthusiasts the depot is great because you can get close to the locomotives on the public paths around Midland Road and Balm Road

I would love to look round this place on foot

Brilliant place to go for a show around the depot coffe and tea plus a buffet too for dinner time excellent
