Food arrived late and was cold and disgusting. This is the second time this has happened. Phoned them to say how bad it was, their response was to offer a 10% discount on next order as they where busy. No we excuse for bad food. I will not have food from here again!

Such tasty food - we ordered a mixed vegetable chop suey, sweet and sour vegetables & rice and vegetable spring rolls. The portions could have been a little bigger but aside from that we thoroughly enjoyed our food and will be ordering from Mei’s Kitchen again for sure.

Very very bad, rice and noodles all stuck together, the duck has got an awful smell to it and doesn’t even look like duck i cpildnt even come to taste it, the prawn crackers were stale. Worst food I have eaten only ordered from there as my normal Chinese was shut but was a waste of money and left feeling sick

Worst Chinese I've ever had. The food wasn't edible at all. The soup was just salt, so much salt that after just on mouthful I had salt remaining on my tongue. The battered balls were not cooked, just goopy dough. The curry sauce was like water, the spare ribs were so small and the sauce was disgusting and accompanied with rotten brown carrots and the sweet and sour sauce had no flavour and was almost black. The restaurant didn't care. Never ordering again from here

I love these ladies and gentlemen who run this kitchen, they are polite friendly and extremely helpful. They accommodate to people with allergies and give u extra of one due to being allergic, like take away prawns and give u mini spring onions instead. These excellent company.I want to say thank u for acomadating my allergy thank u .5 stars

Never arrived. Ordered 9pm at 10.10 requested update said wouldn't be long driver on way no sign no delivery. Rang up. Spoke with them they asked address. They said it had been left outside one second next they said it was delivered next door. Neither of which I believe. Told them i wanted a refund as going to bed over 2 and half hours later after chasing through app several times. At first they said no then said in 7 days. Then said they would prepare a fresh order.Very unreliable service

The food was very good; when we finally received it, that is! Orders can be made by telephone, website and in person - however, Mei and the woman on the till (who had just started that day) seemed overwhelmed and confused, meaning we were waiting for over an hour from placing our order online to receiving it, after being offered several other people's orders. However, I think it was probably a bad day and would definitely go back there again!

Worst Chinese I have ever been to. Ordered food and was quoted 45 minutes delivery. Had to chase it after 2 hours to be told it would be another 30 minutes. Food finally arrived and I have never witnessed such a shambles. Wrong food that arrived room temperature. I will NEVER order from there again. When a refund was requested I was told 'just eat' and was then hung up on. God awful place and I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Thankfully a dispute with Just Eat and I have a refund on its way. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
