IMO Car Wash

Twice I've been here, paid for £6.00 wash and staff do not clean car as they should plus both times my car has come out dirty. All there interested in 8s taking you money and standing around. Both times my car has only had road dirt so should 9f been cleaned properly.

Regular customer, but not any more.On the weekend, it seems to be run by kids.You don't get the wash you pay for. They basically sit around chatting to each other.I paid for one of the top washes and got a basic wash .Didn't spray the car 1st, or the wheels didn't get the triple form, which again was paid for.The car was not clean at the end of the wash.To busy chatting with each other.When I spoke to the person in charge called Jake, (although when I asked him he's name he said I don't have to give you that, but one of the other workers calked him at the same time by he's name) found him to be extremely rude, absolutely no customer service.Just basically shrugged his shoulders and walked off.We will also be reporting to the head office.Stay away at the weekends unless you want to pay for nothing. I had to go somewhere else to get the car cleaned again.In the week, it seems to be a lot better, and the staff are always polite and do a good jobI would strongly recommend some training for Jake and to get a manager who has some idea of managing.

OK didn't get the most expensive option but would at least expect the dirt to be removed. The guys seemed about as enthusiastic as a tortoise on weed. Rather get a sponge and bucket and do it myself.

Straightforward and efficient. Not as good as washing your own car but a lot less hassle. Does the job.

Well I tried to use this car wash today just before 16:45: the published closing time is 18:00.I was told they were closing: when quizzed, I was unconvincingly told that their closing time was controlled by the machine". I don't like liars

Very friendly staff but I wasn't overly impressed with the end result. Alloy wheels were still dirty and I had to use a cloth to clean bits that were missed. Perfect if you're looking for a quick clean but not if youre expecting a spotlessly clean car.

The people that look after this car wash are fantastic; lady is always nice and cheery,always has a smile, well maintained and clean. This family work so hard, and do a great job, highly recommend you pay a visit! the purple lady!

It's an auto car wash, so it's never going to clean every trace of dirt off the car! However it's £4 makes the car presentable. Normally really busy Friday at 3pm-4pm. Staff are young and friendly and always ask if I'd like a receipt. They do a prewash now and taken away the stupid cloths at the end. Not many places you can get a large car/van washed for £4 as other hand wash would be £12. So a cheap clean but not perfect and obviously it doesn't do the inside. And can get busy.

Paid for a triple foam service, but I didn't get any foam on my car. No refund was offered Instead of that I was told to visit the website.
