I strongly suggest that nobody uses tan zone on Middlewood road! I couldn’t for a few months as my dog was dying just been in! They confirmed I had used 8 minutes out of the full session! They also refused to give me my money back sue them being closed throughout covid so at a time where I am now using a food bank they will not refund any money at all!!!! Horrific service and to be fair was also always dirtyHas anyone else experienced such bad customer service here? Xxx

Just started using Tanzone prior to going on holiday. Always clean, sanitised and tidy. Very friendly and helpful owner. Great family run business. Would definitely recommend.
