Fantastic place to visit, very photogenic, guided tour available around the pottery at a small charge, beautifully laid out showroom with so many choices to purchase from a few euros to hundreds, the cafe is exceptionally well laid out and serves excellent quality food.I would certainly recommend a visit.

Nice place if you’re into pottery. I’mnot sure if I’m sold on the fact that all the items are made on site. We watched a movie about one of the artists and how he makes his special pottery. The movie was from the early 80’ or late 70’! Why not make a movie from this century?

We had a guided tour of the factory and saw employees making the pieces. The amount of time it takes to make their items are totally worth the money if you can afford it. Definitely worth taking tour!

I enjoyed my visit here. The exhibition and video presentation are entertaining and informative. Lovely cafe and shop, set in a beautiful location. Staff were charming and helpful. Well worth visiting. The shop has a great array of Belleek ware and other craft products. I found the prices were very good.

We visited as part of a tour.We drove for about 1.5 hours and found that the factory part was closed. We went all that way to watch an outdated video. It was interesting and provided context for the real reason we were taken there - so we could buy stuff. It was clear why the big baskets were €2800. (No, I didn't.)Staff was nice, prices high, displays interesting but few.

Although I tried to book tour from Canada and couldn’t due to website issues, we decided to travel to Belleek to see if we could get on a tour. Discovered that all time slots were full to our dismay. However, one of the staff arranged to allow us to tag along a scheduled tour. It was excellent. Tour guide walked us through the history of the factory and the pottery process. Unlike some other tours this is a working plant and we met staff working on pottery at various stages. The tour ended with an opportunity to purchase pottery to take home or have delivered. Worth the visit.
