New car delivered on Saturday afternoon. Spectacular handover. You may say, so it should be when you spend a large sum of money on a new car, but the whole process is geared up to customer satisfaction, professionalism and personal service. Fantastic process from just looking at the cars to leaving the showroom with my brand new UX yesterday. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to both Alan & Dameon, for all their help in choosing my latest Lexus. There was a few to choose from but settled for the NX 300H F Sport (Amazing to drive). Options discussed, test drive and deal agreed, couldn't have gone any smoother.. Cant recommend Lexus Newcastle enough, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but the standout lads were Alan & Dameon, 5 star customer service from start to finish, it even included tech support before I drove the vehicle away.. seriously thank you all for outstanding quality and 5 star service ..A very happy customer .. Took my brand new car for its first service and was extremely annoyed when I picked it up, to find that there was dirt all over my white drivers seat. I went back into the dealership and the lady came back out to the car with me to look. She explained that she didn’t know how that had happened, and I mentioned that I would presume that car seat covers would be used… especially with it being white seats? She said that they would normally?A car valeter came out, took my car away and brought it back again. The dirty mark has come off my seat, but I had to drive home with a soaking wet seat… not impressed at all.I was told that the car had been valeted and it clearly hadn’t inside, why tell me it has when it hasn’t? The mats had been shaken but there were bits still on the backseats and floor where the hand-break is, and dust on the dashboard.Very poor experience with this dealership and will rethink where to take it when it’s due a service again.

I have chosen to use Lexus Teesside for my servicing as despite various emails from me and one return phone call from the service department, I have had no further contact to book my vehicle for a service and the small repair I required.I won't be using Lexus Newcastle again if they can't be bothered contacting their customers as promised.

Very poor experience with Scotswood Road, Newcastle branch. Parts ordered in September, it’s December now and no attempts made to keep me updated. The direct phone line into the branch just rings out having been tried many times by both myself and the Stoneacre customer service hub.
