Charlotte is amazing at the services she provides. Very well priced and she is very thorough. She knows her stuff, is welcoming, supportive, gives 100% attention to her dogs on a 1:1 basis. And importantly, my dog adores her!

Took Brewer to Charlotte, he's a lively but nervous little chap, yet she reassured him and did an amazing job in bathing and clipping him - would definitely recommend Charlotte - Go with the Flo Dog Grooming.
