Bought a couple of reliable cars here never ever had a problem I'll be back next year for another one

Bought a 2015 Renault grand scenic in August 2023. Amazing good quality, well maintained faultless 2nd hand car. Customer Service. Brilliant service from Brian and Chris. No pressure salesman tactics like I have experienced in the past. For someone who’s first car was a Ford Cortina I am not new to buying a car.Part Exchange. I was offered a better price than other dealers, I did think they might make it up from the sale price of the vehicle I wanted to purchase, this was not the case, other vehicles did not match the spec, and mileage, two owners, and more importantly, the price.Purchase. I was verbally given an insight of everything about my purchase and what was covered, this was finalised with a pack issued to me that I can digest the information at my leisure. Very professionally done.Car purchased just over a week ago, loving it!

Bad experience here. I bought a car in November last year. Which the bloke was very good at selling to me wouldn't budge on price even though I was buying the car out right with no finance. Found out yesterday I need a new clutch and my hydraulics are faulty and it's going to cost me over 1k to sort. Struggling to believe that they wouldn't know about this. So as you can probably guess I'm a very disgruntled customer who feels like I've been robbed of over 7grand. Would not recommend and would not use again.

Brian was great at helping us choose our car and go through with the deal. Fair prices and great customer service. Thoroughly satisfied with the experience.

Did not buy from here but staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival.My rating is 3/5 due to the fact that the car I was viewing in question as not as described. A simple inspection of the vehicle showed that the car had been in a small collision at some point - not CAT worthy but enough to have bent some of the suspension structure around the front.Dealer may not have been aware, but you should at least have a qualified mechanic run a quick inspection of vehicles beforehand and if you did, then he missed this.

I bought a C class from here a couple of months ago and I'm so pleased with it.Sales team was great and not pushy at all.Will definitely use them again if the need arises.Highly recommend them.
