Absolutely stellar service & whole heartedly recommend Leigh & the team at Pheonix carpets. We used them when we moved house 17 years ago and didn't hesitate going back to them for new carpets now we've revamped the house. Great customer service, amazing fitters, nothing was too much trouble. They even had to reschedule carpet fitting as the painter ran behind. Honestly if you want any flooring these are the guys to go to. Thanks so much.

We recently had Phoenix Flooring install a latex floor in my home prior to having the carpet fitted. The process was smooth and efficient. The whole team was very accommodating, particularly Stuart. The sloped concrete floor was spot on and the guys were polite and tidy.We were also impressed with the quality of the carpet that Phoenix Flooring installed in both rooms. The carpet is soft and luxurious, and it really adds to the ambiance of the rooms.In addition to the quality of their products, Phoenix Flooring also has a team of professional installers who are able to trim doors and handle any other necessary modifications.We were very happy with the work that they did, and we would definitely recommend Phoenix Flooring to anyone looking for new flooring.I would give Phoenix Flooring a 5 out of 5 stars.

Super place, we were selling our house so got them to measure and fit the carpets. Just had them fitted today. The fitter was brilliant and the carpets look fab. Excellent service from a local company. Would not hesitate to use again.

Thanks for an amazing floor ! The service from Leigh was impeccable start to finish he took the time to explain about different types of flooring and recommended the right product for our needs. My wife returned many times with more questions and nothing was too much trouble. He sat us down and answered all our questions. The fitter was well mannered and did a fantastic job of fitting our new floor. We will definitely be returning when we complete our renovations for the next stage. Great company, knowledgable and friendly staff. We will recommend to our friends and family.

I went with LVT Brampton Chase and I love my new floor! Stuart was amazing supplying me with samples to take home and kept in contact throughout the whole process making it easy and the lads did a great job fitting. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, was measured and fitted within a week with great prices. Lounge, hallway, stairs and 2 bedrooms all fitted yesterday within a few hours and brilliant quality. Would definitely recommend.

Dreadful end product have come back a few times to rectify but not rectified it really is not satisfactory. I have had some other companies out to check who have said how badly the product has been finished but Phoenix flooring will not rectify the issue. Absolutely dreadful customer service, would most definitely not recommend. We did not decline for it to be fixed we would just like something more satisfactory as Phoenix flooring advised that this type of edging was not working on development so he doesn’t blame us for wanting it done differently.
