One of the better Premier Inns we have visited, located in the lake area. Loads of parking outside, although it is chargeable (albeit you can get a code from the Premier Inn to reduce the cost significantly!)Our family room was plenty big enough, clean, and there was a member of staff on hand down at reception on the couple of occasions we needed someone. Not much else significant to note about the Premier inn as it sort of feels like they are all made and look pretty much the same way!!

Hotel is a premier Inn, fine enough but the brewer's droop restaurant attached is quite special that I can best describe as dog food served by rude disinterested staff who weren't interested in clearing any tables until closing time. As someone who stays in this sort of place for work a hell of a lot this is the first time I have left review because it was that terrible.

I stayed here for a night during the company Christmas party and I was very impressed with the quality of the room. The bed was really comfortable and I had a great sleep. The check-in and checkout prices were also seamless

This hotel carpark is managed by a third party, as 4 colleagues checking in at midnight we all got directed to the screen to pay for parking and we all charged different rates. The hotel staffs answer it is nothing to do with them. After visiting over 150 premium inns this year this is the only site I've ever known to be using this rubbish carpark firm. The staff then gave me the key to another guests room!It was just chaotic. There are plenty of other premier inns in the area.

No issues with Premier Inn as always - This one is situated next to the lake and not far from the shops, park etc.Evening meal next door was on par for the price paid.Breakfast booked through Premier Inn was also in the restaurant, absolutely faultless and great selection to start the day perfectly.Parking was charged but not bad with the Premier Inn discount code provided.

I paid £40 for a premier plus room for an overnight stay here after my holiday abroad. We arrived extremely late, approx 02:30am. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff and went to our room without issue. The room was great, very clean and well decorated. I was very happy with the king size bed. My only problem is that, for some weird reason, the AC system turns off once the temp has been reached and it doesn’t then come back on. I find things like this very frustrating… I would still return

Hotel good, modern, comfy bed and room clean. Can only give 3 stars due to the awful Brewers Fayre next door. Went in at 9.45 would not serve food, when we looked round the restaurant, every empty table had used food plates and glasses on it. Food on the floor, it was like the waiting staff had just upped sticks and left. Food prep area looked grubby and we could see overflowing bins. What a shame as lovely new building it could be great, but looked badly run.

Paying for parking is an ordeal.Go to reception first, take a note of the code and then go to parking meter which is just to the right of the entrance to the hotel. Any problems and go in and ask a member of staff. Also check once you have paid that the machine hasn't taken your payment twice. Nice hotel and good staff.

So so. I don't think race back out of choice. The hotel was in a great location, and the breakfest from next door was fresh and tasty, but that is probably where it stops.I'll start with check-in. We checked in with a human and not the terminals. The guy who checked us in seemed very miserable and needs some training on how to deal with people who are deaf and hard of hearing instead of keep talking quietly and sniggering when asked to speak loud and clear cause I couldn't understand what he was sayingThe parking is a bit of a joke as I was informed if I was to use their discount, code parking would cost 3quid, it did not it cost me 11quid and when I asked I was told nothing to do with the hotel"The room on 1st impressions was clean
