WE LEFT EMPTYHANDED AND HUMILIATED.I was deeply disappointed by the customer service here during my recent visit. After traveling 40 minutes, we arrived to find the shop understaffed with some customers waiting to be helped and others leaving empty-handed.The staff seemed dismissive and disinterested in assisting customers. When my party politely asked for help selecting items, employees rudely told us to leave" and that we needed an appointment weeks in advance just to browse.One employee

As confirmed by others, excellent service. Shawal, especially, who assisted me, was excellent. She reached out to me as I was wandering around the shoe section, asking if I needed assistance. And as I did, she proceeded to be so thorough and attentive to my needs. I found her greatly helpful! I was stressed as I was new to the hiking shoes I would need for a specific task, and the other items I needed as well, and she went through my list and was extremely helpful and courteous. I appreciate her service so much! Thank you!

Very knowledgeable on ski gear, they helped me pick the best binders suited to my skis and mounted them.Also gave me advice and context behind the different ski types, along with the terrains they're suited to.

Billy and Monica provided fantastic customer service at the ski shop. Billy helped me understand the different Gore-Tex fabrics for ski jackets and find a better alternative to the one I originally intended to buy. Monica expertly fitted me for ski boots and was patiently informative throughout the process, ensuring that I found the perfect boots for my needs.I forgotten the name of the staff at the till but, they were fast and efficient with dealing with an issue using two vouchers in store . They were extremely helpful and very friendly during the process.I will definately be coming back should I need more outdoor equipment.Thank you EB Kensington Staff!

Booked in for a ski boot fitting appointment and Roberto was fantastic. Very knowledgable and personable. I didn't end up purchasing any ski boots in the end due not being able to find any suitable for my foot shape. However, the experience itself was very positive and would certainly recommended.
