Keeley our waitress was absolutely amazing! She has powered through even in the midst of chaos and kept her lovely smile and energetic personality. Thank you for your service! Shame about our food. But customer service stays 10/10 for her.

To begin the service the whole night was awful, we were there for so much longer than we should have been. The calamari to start was ok but the bruschetta I had was bad. It was soggy on the bottom and there was far too much balsamic vinegar on it it ruined the flavour. Finally the mains, the pork belly was decent however the spaghetti bolognaise was awful, there was like a pile of just fluid at the bottom of the spaghetti and not much flavour too it. The calzone wasn’t much better. Overall a bad experience, we use to go a lot but will never go again.

Great selection of food and deserts. Staff friendly and attentive.You can order and pay by scanning the menu QR code with your phone camera.The Cocktails were a disappointment though.Toilets available on the premises on the second floor. Watch your steps :)

Food was ok if a bit pricey. Location is convenient and the decor of the place was quite nice. The server was attentive in the beginning, but it became quite hard to flag someone halfway through the meal. She also didn't tell us that our main course wasn't available until 20mins after we finished the starter and had been waiting for quite a while. The bruschetta starter was quite nice and I also liked the limoncello tart. The mains (we changed to some prawn tomato sauce pasta) was ok, kind of average. Overall a 3 star experience

Staff doing their best but obviously not enough of them. Took far too long for food to arrive; some mains arrived when some in the party had already finished theirs; some food cold. Will go elsewhere next time.

The pizza was really good and they had plenty on vegan/vegitairian options. The restaurant was quiet and the food came quickly. Our only problem was when we payed the bill online which did not work and took a long time. The staff were super friendly and we had a great time.

Agree with the other one star reviews. It took twenty minutes for our drinks to arrive, they came after the starters. Service slow, and the constant stream of delivery drivers kept us in a draught. Food was awful, especially the bruschetta and the rainbow salad. Management needs an intervention - avoid.

Very nice and clean place to take a dinner. The food was perfect, The pizzas and pasta were very tasty. Real Italian food. Very good service. A restaurant in a good location, close to Kings College Chapel.
