Very polite people and helpful good service. Made appointment on line and got seen to on time . Clean place .plenty parkingCan pay with card or cash in the machines in building. Also can photocopy there for a price so don't need to panic.

Ran very smoothly.I booked in advance and took about 30 to 45 minutes for the whole process.I've given it a 4 due to lack of parking. All the staff were professional and helpful.

Phone service is a shamble.The phone will ring and ring and nobody will answer. I have been calling for over 1 week, every day and it's the same issue. I have been at work so unable to get to the place. I emailed them twice on the email provided on my token and still till date not had response and its been over a week. I really do not understand how they run or manage this place.I paid fee for urgent delivery of passport and when we went to sign the document it said 4 weeks. I raised it up that you have charged for 2 weeks outside where payment office is and now you are saying it will take 4 weeks? He said that's how long it will take... then why charge urgent fee? Why not advise us of this when we paid the fee

Absolute madness. Nobody can speak English properly. They have no patience whatsoever.If you are missing just 1 document, they will see the next patient and you have to wait in the queue again.I understand, coming prepared will help you alot, however that's not the case. It's just madness and such a small place it does get very tight.You will have to pay for each scan, it's best to get every document prepared before going.Appointments only, this is probably the best part about it, however even then, they can't keep organised.

Went to Consulate last week after a long time. Witnessed staff extremely aggressive towards people visiting / applicants. It was very disappointing to witness such sciens. In just 30 minutes span of time (while I was there) different staff members were seen extremely aggressive towards 3 different people of varying age brackets.I left the place as a bad job after having witnessed disgusting and ugly sciens.NEVER EVER CAME ACROSS SUCH BAD BEHAVIOUR ELSEWHERE.

Applied for visa 2 months ago still waiting for an answer. it should take 7 to 10 working days but I am still waiting I tried contacting them by email they are saying its in process but times has exceeded this is not the first time they are holding my visa so I have to pay extra and I have provided 30 different documents requested by the mission if you don't want to give me kindly cancel my application but why are holding it up for months my tracking I'd is 88002959887If you can help please do if not cancel so I can make alternative arrangements

I went their for my NICOP procedure and they helped me out and carried out the procedure and process very smoothly without any issues. Recommend anyone who wants to go to Pakistan so they can start their NICOP procedure here. Fast and cooperative staff. Recommended

Pathetic service in line with being a pathetic country ruled by a cruel Army. Rude Staff treating their citizens like they are their colonial slaves. No concept of Customer Service or Satisfaction. These words are alien to them.
