Excellent service! We’re so pleased with the result. Tim is friendly and quick to respond to queries. Quoting was quick, with speedy collection, processing, and delivery back within a week for 7 doors that has loads of layers of paint on. Thanks so much - highly recommended.

Really good service and an excellent result. I had original doors which had been ruined by gloss. Prostrip took the door with hinges and they came back stripped to wood and with the hinges restored. Tim was really helpful and clearly knew his onions.

Superb turnaround and excellent prices.I had a set of calipers and brackets cleaned, i biked 55 miles in total to pick them up, it nearly killed me, and was worth every single penny.Need i say more. Look no further for refurb/stripping.

I have just had 6 internal doors stripped and very pleased with the results. It has transformed the house as I hoped. There’s nothing like the warmth and character of natural wood. It’s been something I have wanted to get done for ages. Throughout the process there was excellent communication and on delivery day, despite me having to change the time at the last minute, they were still able to fit me in later. I keep thinking of how much time I have saved compared to sanding and painting over the layers of paint and chips. Thank you to the team!

We experienced the WORST customer service we've ever had with any company... EVER! The original quote we had nearly doubled by the time we ‘eventually’ received our doors back. Not a single phone call was received without us having to call this terrible company to chase ANY developments, or any warning or explanation to why 3 of the doors were damaged (which they denied being their fault), until they arrived back with us.From the moment they took the doors from us the customer service was ‘atrocious’ and after reluctantly paying for substandard workmanship just so we could get the doors back, when we finally got to speak to the owner Tim (and not the totally, rude and unhelpful Secretary Joe) he agreed he was going to look into it. He asked me to text him my email address and promised to get back to me the following day... and yet over 8 months later we still haven't heard a thing even after multiple reminder emails.Therefore DO NOT even consider using this TERRIBLE firm, unless of course you would:1. like to live for SIX weeks with no internal doors in your home, including the toilet and bathroom doors (despite being told it should be done within two),2. You think large cracks in 2 panels of glass on your front door 'add to the pattern',3. You prefer to receive back rusted & stiff hinges (as you weren’t told to remove them beforehand) or,4. You didn't even really like the painted coloured glass in your Victorian Swing Doors that came back clear (without even being told before they arrived back).5. Finally if you don't mind at all having to pay nearly double the original quote before they'll actually give you your doors back, because their price breakdown of ‘oversized doors’ was not explained at quote, nor was VAT mentioned (if not mentioned it's usually assumed the price includes it!)All we can say is don’t even consider using this appalling company, because their Service is simply an utter disgrace. You will be left picking up the pieces trying to recover the damages caused and pulling out your hair with frustration, when you realise what a mistake you have made....you will 100% regret it!!Bottom line: GO ELSEWHERE!(Subsequently we have spoken to someone who used to work for Pro strip, who said they're not at all surprised to hear about their bad customer service and that this was one of the reasons they left the company!)**** (It doesn't give me the option to reply to your reply)I stand by everything I said, the fact you left our last phone call saying you would look into it all and get back to me asap and we have heard absolutely nothing from you since speaks volumes about your so called 'customer service'!I could argue each point of your response but to be honest I don't want to waste anymore time on you or your company! I just didn't want anyone else to go through the stress we did hense my first review.

Amazing job very fast turn around and good prices, I will definitely be using pro strip again.
