I used this skip service today, their number on Google is advertised as turn green skips, with a few dodgy stories down the feed I was a bit wary. However I wa's ringing every skip company to get a price etc so I rang the number. I'm glad I did. They are called AVA water management.We had undertaken a site clearance from where the travellers had set up and left mess at a leading supermarket in Elland.With fly tipping a huge problem in area where we had cleaned we had specific requirements.My experience with AVA today is as follows.1 they were the cheapest priced out of the several companies we rang.2 they were the only ones to offer a 20 minute wait and load free of charge.3 the first contact customer service and arrangement was first class. Quick, easy and very polite over the phone.4 we ordered the skip in the morning for asap. Within 2 hours the driver arrived and assisted us by getting the skip as near as he could so we could load in no time at all.5 he took time to cover the skip with the net which I've never seen a firm do before they're normally zooming off soon as the skip lands on the back..little things like this show you professionalism.6 we got a written receipt.OK it's not printed from a computer or anything but it's a valid receipt...I can't remember ever getting a receipt from other I've used.I won't think twice about using them again.Will be my first port of call.Excellent service.Thank you Ava Waste Management.

Spot on! Great office staff, communicated well and got back to me when they said they would! Skip arrived as planned and agreed to pick up early, which they did without any fuss or hesitation! Drivers nice guys who did what it said on the tin!

Great service. Ordered skip on phone with no problems and friendly helpful staff. Skip was delivered on time as requested. Guy who delivered the skip was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure it was placed in a suitable postion. All for much cheaper price than other companies. Really recommend.

I ordered a midi skip to be delivered on a Monday morning, but had to change it to the Friday afternoon instead. My requirement was very quickly accommodated. When it came to collect, it was easy to book a date and the skip was collected with no issues. Happy with the service over the phone and during delivery and collection. Value for money as well.

I was a little unsure about using these people after reading the reviews but after calling others around and no one else serving the Halifax area I decided to give them a try. They delivered same day I asked and removed the skip just as I wanted and replaced it with another. No problems at all, they even helped load some waste from my neighbours waste onto the skip as well.When I decided to change my second skip from a medium to a small, I called them up and told them what I want and they made the change no fuss, no problems.Quick service, no fuss, helpful staff. Definitely will use them again. Thank you.

I had a 1100l bin from this company for over 2 years. All of a sudden they remove the bin for no reason. I then have been calling for over a week to inquire what has happened and today I finally get a phone call to say we are not going to provide a replacement bin for no reason at all. This has cause significant issues to the waste that has piled during the time it was taken away without any notice. Do not trust these guys, they are a set of cowboy who think they can do what pleases them. Any other company would have given me a notice therefore I could have made other arrangements.

very rude drivers. also not sure how they are allowed to gauge the public highway with their skips at their base?

Had a skip from these guys last week.. arrived exactly when needed and collected promptly, the service was spot on. Defiantly will be back.

Hired their midi skip. Delivered and collected exactly as required for a good price. Very professional service, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would definitely use again.
