A 2 Z Computershop

I took my laptop in for repair to this buisines.I have a healthy cynicism of PC repair & mobile phone shops as I know that their services are not legally regulated and often the staff are not qualified or have no formal training.So before I booked my laptop in for repair I asked the 'technician' some basic test questions (he wasn't aware he was being tested). The ''technician' (a poor communicator) answered incorrectly to all questions.Obviously not fit to be attempting to repair my laptop and I didn't like his attitude so I didn't book my laptop in and just went somewhere else.

The Owner is a cheat!!!They don't know what they are selling...When they sell you the wrong thing, they cheat you out of your full refund....DON'T GO HERE if you Help It.The owner sold me an SD card - I had told him i needed it for a digital camera. What he sold me a basic SD card that wouldn't have been compatible with a Digital camera. When I realised I went back to the shop, naturally he wasn't there.He's employee checked the SD card which showed up on the computer, there for it couldn't be considered faulty........I put it into the camera to show him it wasn't registeringI then had to call him from my phone for him to tell me the issue is with my camera not the SD card (all other SD cards had been up until now)He then offered to refund part of the price (£15) which I accepted as I needed to get back to work.Then I realised the SD I was sold wasn't for digital cameras, it's for phones and tablets......... when I pointed this out, was brushed off as I had already accepted the £15......Totally Unacceptable

I took my partner in here to have her laptop repaired. We got the laptop back very late and the original issue quickly reoccurred as it had not been fixed properly. We then took the laptop to another shop and was charged half the price and it was repaired properly. Avoid these idiots at all costs..

Good shop, I got my phone case and screen protector from them for £10 and they put the screen protector on for me .... Thank you

It was my first time to vizet this shop and it will be my last vizetVery expensive it charge 0.50 for one copy normally I pay 0.20The the man behind the desk was so rude

I asked the man to solder my Elgato HD60 because the usb was not reading and he charged me £30 and I took it in twice and it still to this day has never worked. DO NOT GO HERE!

Wow .. My iPhone 6s screen done in 20 mins for £45 , Thanks! guys , you are life saver ... O2 shop wanted to send it away for a week to get it fix.

Went in to get my iPhone 6s phone screen fixed after smashing it, badly, hoping they could fix it as apple help frustrates me. After bringing it, it was fixed in 2 hs and they even sorted out my camera so it was straight again and my home button. Very impressed, plus service was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic, friendly knowledgeable staff. Not just for fixing phones, laptops etc. Took in my X570 AM4 Motherboard and had CPU and cooler fitted, as my eyesight isn't great. Couldn't have asked for better service, prompt and professional. Highly recommended.
