Booked this service for my 84 year old Dad who was returning from holiday late at night to Bournemouth Airport. The driver called him from the car park as it was raining and he could not be bothered to do the meet and greet service I had paid for. No refund offered as the driver then said he had been waiting inside. Should have read the reviews before booking!

I ordered an airport taxi from Chester to Liverpool John Lennon Airport, at early hours of the day for an early flight, taxi came right on time no problem, nice Mercedes lit up interior which made it a nice relaxed ride to the airport, very clean, helpful driver too. All the information was sent to me ahead of time along with the driver's phone number in case I need to contact him or the main office if there was a situation where I'd need them for any reason. I have nothing but good things to say about the service itself. Only thing being that it was an expensive ride but that's only because everything is expensive these days. Compared to other airport taxi services that I checked this was still the cheapest so if I'd have to use a taxi again this one is my go to.

The driver waited to pick us up after a flight was delayed by about 75 minutes. The driver was courteous, friendly and drove safely to our destination. The car was very clean and tidy.

This is not the first time l have used your company and every time you have provided a reliable service at an affordable price. This last occasion your driver arrived at 4.20 am for a 4.30 am pick up. He was courteous and helpful with my husband who has mobility problems. We had a smooth journey and arrived at Bristol Airport where he unloaded our bag and made sure that my husband was safely on the pavement. Many thanks.

I've used OTS taxis for a few times now and had a great journey every time. The cars are always comfortable and the drivers are very friendly and helpful. It's also cheaper than other companies so can't fault it really, 5 stars.

The driver was great. Right on time and obviously very experienced. He was the same driver, by luck, for both journeys. The booking process and payment process was easy and efficient. I will absolutely continue to use this service.

I recently booked a taxi service for a group of five people traveling to Stansted airport for an early morning flight, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired.Firstly, despite confirming our requirement for five small carry-on hand luggage pieces the day before travel, the company defined hand luggage as school bags, not the standard carry-on suitcases most travelers use (this is not clarified on the company website nor over the phone). This miscommunication caused unnecessary confusion.To add to the frustration, the driver arrived almost 20 minutes late, making us all incredibly anxious, especially since we had additional stops to make. This delay forced us to pay extra for security fast track, or we would have risked missing our flight.The car provided was far too small for five passengers and their luggage. The driver didn't even have all the seats set up, forcing us to request an additional seat in the boot. The cramped conditions, combined with suitcases in our laps, made the hour-long journey incredibly uncomfortable.Communication with the driver was lacking, leaving us feeling uneasy throughout the trip. It was clear that the car wasn't suitable or safe for our journey, which added unnecessary stress to an already early morning.In summary, my experience with this taxi service was disappointing and I will not be using it in the future. I hope this feedback helps improve their service for future passengers.

Brilliant service, I used it to pick my friend who was visiting for the weekend. I paid for the meet and greet service and it did not disappoint, they made contact directly with her to make sure all was on time and were there to meet her and walk her to the car on arrival, would highly recommend.

Unfortunately the driver did not identify himself or seek us out at Arrivals which meant a 10 minute delay. Otherwise this would have been 5 star review. He just needed to hold up a card !!
