They were great originally and were our preferred supplier for what we wanted done after meeting Ray but I've been chasing for 6 weeks now to even get the quote I was promised, which still hasn't come, so unfortunately I can't recommend them

Didn't show up!Made an appointment for a quote, which they cancelled as they were running late ( things happen!)Rearranged a few days later and they never showed up, no message or anything.We sent a message the following day and nothing! Not even an apology! Totally unprofessional and just rude!Will definitely not be using this company!!!

We used SDB for a new back (stable) door. The advice Steve gave when he came to measure up and give us a quote was invaluable and went a long way to them securing the order. Catherine and Steve were a delight to work with throughout the process, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great Service , Steve did a great remodelling job for us ,we changed five windows all were enlarged giving us 30% more light and vision .Steve also moved our existing patio door to its new position overlooking our garden.Nothing was to much trouble and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him .Steve would be our first person to go to if we want more work doneWe couldn’t be more pleased.

I'm so glad I found this company!After serval other bad experiences of being messed around, given ridiculously high quotes and misinformation, I was so happy to find this family run honest reliable company.From the first interaction to the couldn't fault them.Catherine was so helpful and patient in answering the many questions and concerns I had and gave me a very reasonable quote for replacing my existing door too.The fitting is perfect, I couldn't be happier with the end result and as I am now considering having our conservatory updated, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Professional service throughout from Steve and CatherineWhy did I use them over the two other companies, I got quotes from they weren't the cheapest,Catherine was very patient with me, with my every ending changes to the Spec,but what sold me was Steve came out to quote and he also fitted,  so no middle men or salesperson.He turned up as promised and did the job beautifully,  as well as fitting the windows he managed to do a brilliant job on replacing and matching a few bricks that had to be replaced.Top job all roundThanks

We had some French doors fitted and we love them! Excellent craftsmanship and Steve and Catherine were super responsive and lovely to work with! Would highly recommend!

Both Catherine and Steve have been an absolute pleasure to work with! Steve came and fit our new front door and did a fantastic job - even sorted out some missing parts the door manufacturer forgot to send! Very happy with it and everyone comments on how neat it has been fitted. Left no mess and charged a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and we'll be using again in the future for sure!
