Prospect House Day Nursery

Both of my children have attended this nursery, one of them still do.The staff at prospect house are very well trained and able to keep me upto date with my daughters progression.They are very friendly and approachable and honest. I've never had a problem in the 6 years I have been taking my children here. Thank you to all the staff that have been involved in helping my child grow, you have been amazing!!!

Best nursery I have been to I trust my daughter is well looked after and cared for. She has developed so much since starting . Best decision I made taking her to this nursery.

I have my both kids (2&4) at this nursery,we started in September and my daughter its so happy to go there,even on weekends she asked if we go to nursery. She totally loves it.My 2 year old son its bit difficult as its mommy's boy but those ladies have a really good care of him and he settles well.Food its very healthy and my daughter who is so fussy with food in general she ate most of the food and I'm really happy .They both learned so many things.Everyday they comes with something new and chatting about what they did all day.I definitely recommend this nursery.Amazing staff, very helpful and understanding, very profesional.We have updates on the online journal everyday,so we know what they did all day if they sleep or ate. Thats amazing.Thank you.

Both my children attend here and I'm very happy with how they have progressed. The rooms are big and they get plenty of outside time. My boy has been here for 2.5 years and always looks forward to seeing his friends. He's now in the preschool room and I can see he's learning. Chatting to their key workers I always see they have interesting days and eat most if not all of their food, the food though could probably be a little more varied.

My daughter has attended Prospect House for nearly a year after switching her over from another nursery. The level of care and attention that she gets from the staff has been nothing short of amazing. They have always listened to any worries or questions I might have about my daughter’s development and will always pay attention and reassure me when I go to pick her up. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough!

Our little girl attending this nursery since October and she is really happy there. We can leave to work with a peaceful mind, because we know she is in a good place and happy and developing new skills day by day.

Prospect house was not my first choice of nursery initially, however, after looking at a few different places, I realised that it was, in fact, well positioned, well furnished, and the staff are all really lovely. My baby is still currently in the baby room, and she LOVES it. They encourage messy play, so she gets to play with water, porridge, paint, flour, and all sorts of things, which she absolutely loves. To be honest, it is stuff that I would not be doing at home so it is great that she gets the chance to experiment. She has a key worker who she is more than happy to go to everyday, and Amy has been taking a nice catalogue of photos from when she started up until now. I get copies printed on paper, so they are not the best quality, but it is really nice to see what she gets up to. They get 3 meals a day, and it is open the longest of all the nurseries i saw.There are four rooms for varied ages, although the babies and toddlers combine in the mornings and occasionally in the afternoon. The rooms themselves are massive and stacked with toys and entertainment. The children are allowed to pretty much roam free and do what they want. In terms of location, it is pretty isolated in a business park, so less worry about strangers trying to enter the building. ALl in all, I am really really happy with the nursery and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Its a peace of mind that my baby loves to go, and that I can get on with work without concern.

I can not belive that I told the nursery she will not be coming in the following month due to being eligible for funding and not wanting to pay again at this nursery. It's also quite far for me to get to. I was then send emails about debit collector due to this when my child has not attended from few days before the end of the month I informed them of the leave and some how was told there has to be a 28 days notice period and I have to pay regardless if she has come . Also its extremely funny the terms and conditions were sent again to all parents after I told them these terms was not clear anywhere. Please read all terms and conditions .

Nursery small, teachers not have idea how to work with kids, easy give it for kid tablets when crying,pushing staffs around, teachers in those nursery like just quiet and good kid's but when kids needs extra care they don't care! take money for nothing do not have qualified teacher for kids with extra care.
