I know somebody that lives here and visit frequently. It is a lovely place with some lovely people living there. Its like a lovely little community where people look out for one another with cooking. Such a lovely woodland and field areas where you can enjoy time on your own or join in with the groups that have bbqs and enjoy games together. There is nowhere else like it in suffolk.

That review above is a fake account 100% Frank is the flats manager not a previous tenant. There are threads of truth in it but exaggerated & the review omits all positive sides of living in woodland manor.It’s a good location nr bus routes and shops, theres lots of mature trees & acres of garden in which some choose to grow their own vegetables, play garden games, have their family round & enjoy the sun in the bbq areas. There’s adequate parking & an overflow car park too. If you are happy to follow the guidelines of shared accommodation it doesn’t get much better than this. I’d recommend contacting the real Frank for viewing the rooms in the shared house & also newly decorated flats.

Avoid this place, terrible management. Worse than living in shared council places, almost similar to prison accommodation. Very poor condition shared facilities, rarely anything maintained or fixed, unclean. Ongoing building works with materials always in living areas. CCTV everywhere, no privacy, constant noise at all hours, very bad parking provision, the list goes on. Just find an alternative and avoid.
