I had the best set of nails done today - they looked amazing - instead of acrylic monomer, my nails were dipped in coloured powder. Best shine and finish I’ve had to date. Thank you!

Sad to say I had my worse nail experience here. The man that did them had the dirtiest hands and realised it was because he'd been scrabbling around on the floor and hadn't washed his hands before doing my nails. He never cleaned any of his workstation or equipment before or after serving me. The gel nails had marks in and had to be redone by another technician, leaving me with 7 layers of gel on my nails. Nightmare to get off! Has ruined my natural nail. And wasnt even in the colour I chose, looked completely different to the sample!

This looks a really clean and professional set up.I spoke briefly to the staff who were all very friendly.

Got told French were £30, when it came to paying she said £35.I told the lady I wanted a natural/clear pink. She didn’t understand. She stared at me for about 30 seconds intimidating me while I just didn’t know what to say… I said just do what you think because I was alone and genuinely so uncomfortable. She shouted in a different language very loudly and rudely and her colleague came over to me. My nails are not bad but the shape does not match, the French are thicker on one hand than the other and my thumbs are so stubby it looks awful. I was genuinely trying not to cry at the way I was humiliated infront of other customers. Regret coming here, never again.

Booked a appointment for 16:00 at 16:40 they decided to start doing my nails, they were rude and the desks were dusty and dirty.nails were okay but not particularly good for the price. They charge more then advertised without explaining why. overall not impressed and wouldn’t recommend.

Really lovely staff and great choice of treatments.

Some staff are lovely, but others very rude and I’ve had some of the worst nail sets here. No attention to detail, very overpriced for such bad quality. Don’t waste your money here
