Can’t recommend this place enough.If you are ever there specifically ask for the server call Lukas. He strives to provide the best service and atmosphere possible.Always goes above and beyond made us all feel welcomed and valued.Also have to give a good shout to the managers who have obviously spent a lot of time training this team into being one of the best in Birmingham for service and efficiency especially on a busy Saturday night when every table was filled. Food was hot and delicious. Beer was cold and refreshing overall a 10/10 experience

Went for a quick bite on a Sunday shopping day and had the most amazing service from Simona!! She recommended Romana base for my pizza and I loved it and helped me with my wine choice, reminded me of my trip to Italy. She was really smiley and so friendly, some of the best service I’ve had in years.

I had an exceptional dining experience at Pizza Express, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Lukas. His attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and knowledge of the menu truly enhanced our evening. He made excellent recommendations and ensured that our dining experience was top-notch. Lukas's professionalism and warmth made our visit memorable. I highly recommend Pizza Express, especially with Lukas as your server for an exceptional dining experience.

Visited pizza express a while ago for lunch and the food exceeded my expectations. The garlic bread was was warm and cheesy. The calamari was fresh and the pizza was immaculate!! The crust was cooked to order and the prawns were fresh and juicy. Highly recommend!!

during my busy day out at the bull ring I fancied a bite to eat, so I popped in to pizza express. Needless to say the pizza was authentic Italian and the seating area was absolutely divine! can't wait to visit again :)

Went here for our work xmas party recently and had a great meal, pizza was amazing, good starters and dessert too! The service was excellent start to end and we did have a lot to drink but the staff kept our glasses full throughout!

A lovely meal with my family. The venue is very family friendly, and the staff were very helpful. My only concern is that the toilets are up a steep flight of stairs. This was challenging for little legs to get up and down.The food was lovely, although both my son and his partner commented on the smaller portion sizes.

Terribly poor presentation.I dont even know where to start, i came here with my mum and the pizza that was handed to us was so poorly made. More dough than cheese and sauce. Almost as if they had run out of it in the back. It didnt look appetizing at all and we couldnt even finish our food. Ive never left that much food on my plate in my life when going to eat and my mum felt like she had no other choice but to complain as she couldnt eat it. It seemed as if the servers couldnt understand us or they couldnt understand completely what was wrong with the food. One of them offered to remake my mums pizza but nothing much on it changed other than it was less burnt, but that wasnt really the issue she had in the first place. The starters were alot better than the main meal which isnt right.Customer service was also really poor, one of the servers seemed fed up with us when we complained and gave a half fake smile at us at some point.A table behind us also complained, a woman had to stand and go to the server and complain that her husband hadn't recieved his water after asking 3 times.We only went because we had a coupon for it, otherwise I can assure you we wouldve found ourself at Wingstop or Nandos instead because Pizza Express has never truly been our favourite.At the end of the day we wont be coming back here at all. If you want to go out for pizza and want a more enjoyable time, nice customer service, hot food and unlimited drinks I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND PIZZA HUT. Never had a problem there EVER.

Incredible birthday party for my 10 year old.The staff were all welcoming, friendly, jovial and tried their absolute best.They waited on us when some were late to the party and quickly got latecomers involved. The lady who brought us our drinks was so so lovely and smiley, she’s a credit to the store and company.The manager who delivered the actual party was fun, had a sense of humour and kept us all in check very well, the kids loved him!They got dough balls, to make their own pizza and ice cream which was served beautifully and the food hygiene was second to none.The best party and Oscar loved it.Plenty of space and they accommodated adults as well as the kids. I honestly cannot fault it in anyway.Thank you so much. We will be visiting again soon.
