Clean, refurbished, limited to 10 people at a time in the gym. Zumba on a Wednesday is great, with Jillian the best instructor ever.

Easy access, on last visit parking area was full due to football event but apart from that it's perfect for badminton or table tennis. Less crowded so maintaining social distance is easy. One recommendation would be to change to cool white LED lights for badminton court. Currently yellow shade light which can sometimes get irritating. Friendly and helpful staff.

Fairly compact gym but does the job. Clean and modern equipment. One room with cardio, free weights, a few weightlifting racks/platforms and machines. Another room with TRX ropes, CrossFit style stuff. And a dance studio I believe.

Would be 5 if wasn't let down once again will able bodied folks taken up disability spaces to drop off there kids, whom has no problems exiting car running to sports centre entrance, pure utter laziness lack of consideration to those less fortunate

Clean gym with plenty of machines and weights available. Have removed a few useful machines due to COVID-19 restrictions which would be nice to have back in the gym.Staff are mostly friendly and helpful.

Currently undergoing a refurb, I was looking to return here after years away.Very disappointed as all the equipment has been put through to the big hall. Am sure will be good again once the refurb is done, was told by staff September. Think it's cheeky still charging full whack for what is half a gym. Disappointing. Joined Bannatynes instead.

The new shower fitted in ladies very low pressure and it is lukewarm not warm enough. Not an enjoyable shower. It has been reported to staff in few occasions but nothing has been done.
