Worst experience in a scrap yard ever!!! Customer service appalling, they made me wait hours for parts and fitting and still they can’t fix the problem, wish I never let these guys touch my car all they have done is make my car worse and now it doesn’t even start !!!AVOID at all cost you better off going elsewhere once they take your money you ain’t getting it back,

So i called these guys to ask if they had a part in stock, they said yes no problem we have one right here come down" So i travelled 20mins to the scrap yard and guess what " we have one here somewhere” i waited 20mins and no part appeared. Very unproffesional!"

If I could give this place a minus or no stars I would drive 45 mins away to get some gtd lights told me there oem plug and play when they weren’t made in bloody Taiwan the reverse light was burnt through clearly noticeable tried seeking as brand new for £300 absolute mug surprisingly I went down the next day and they did return it only because I refused to take fake broken lights that are being sold as genuine and broken stay away!

Just popped in to ask for a wheel locking nut, they guy behind the window had a huge attitude on him like a teenage girl, a massive ego i swear if i wasnt on licence i would have dragged him through that window and dealt with him right there . The casvi masali chura , he had a lucky escape ( for the time being) wait till im clean of the courts

disgusting customer service. All staff here are rude and violent. Drove 2hrs to come down to see several parts which I was told are in excellent condition only to see them beaten up. These parts are ready for the bin not end users! Owner is a real arrogant fraud!

Stay away from this company for parts for your car, they will sell you parts that they know are broke then refuse any refunds, took £500 from a disabled person for broken parts.Stay well away from these guys!!!!

Aftab is an absolute fraud..I say Aftab and not the business as I don’t know if the others are like him or not..gave £2000 to get my A6 gearbox replaced..then found out actual gearbox hadn’t been replaced tried for months to contact him for some answers but was ignored and now 6months later gearbox has gone again with exactly the same issue..absolute scam artist don’t know how you sleep at night

What a joke if only I could give 0 stars bought two injectors apparently in perfect condition only for my car to start jerking In neutral after putting them in . The car was better off without the two injectors and when called to ask for replacements it’s a 48 hour refund policy. What a joke it takes more than 48 hours to even get to a mechanic and get it fitted. Don’t get your car parts from here you’ll regret it
